Common topics

  • Signing in — Use Google, GitHub, or a passkey at app.penopta.com. If you can’t get in, email us from the address on your account.
  • Connecting agents — Add Claude or ChatGPT from the integrations pages inside the app. For Claude MCP setup, see Claude connector. Sync issues usually clear after reconnecting the integration.
  • Organizations & projects — Owners manage membership and visibility. If you need access to a shared project, ask an org owner to invite you.
  • Billing — For plan or invoice questions, email support@penopta.com with your account email.

Account & data requests

To update profile details, use the settings in the app. To request account deletion or exercise privacy rights, email privacy@penopta.com. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
